Delete your account and data
You can request deletion without installing the app or signing in.
Send a deletion request
Email zach@zenithcapitalgroup.dev with the subject FamiliarVoice account deletion. Tell us the Google email address you used to sign in and that you want your FamiliarVoice account and associated data deleted. If possible, send the request from that address.
If the email link does not open, copy the address into your email app. You can also start this request in FamiliarVoice under Settings > Privacy and data > Delete account and data. You must send the email yourself; opening a draft does not submit it.
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, beta codes, voice invitation codes, recordings or message contents. If you no longer have access to the sign-in email, tell us so we can discuss another way to verify ownership.
What happens next
During Beta 3, the owner personally handles deletion requests. We verify ownership before making changes and will send an initial response within seven days after receiving your request. That response may explain verification steps, ask for information, or describe current status; it is not a promise that deletion will be completed within seven days. We will confirm completion or explain anything still pending. Sending a request does not immediately stop playback or erase data.
Once verified, we disable access and remove the FamiliarVoice account records, beta access links, saved contact assignments, enrolled voices and related sharing records. We request deletion of your enrolled voice from our voice provider, ElevenLabs. People who received your voice lose access to it. If speech allowance records exist, deletion also removes your coded account and request identifiers from registered live and historical allowance databases while retaining combined usage totals. Voices owned by other people and their unrelated account data are not deleted.
This deletes your FamiliarVoice account, not your Google account. We remove its Firebase Authentication user record for FamiliarVoice. Audio already delivered or played cannot be recalled.
Data that may remain temporarily
Provider cleanup can take additional time or need a retry. We do not call it complete while cleanup is pending. Render automatically creates daily snapshots of the backend’s persistent disk and says snapshots are available for at least seven days. A snapshot may retain data removed from the live database, and it cannot be edited one account at a time. We have not verified a maximum snapshot-retention period. Our recovery procedure keeps the service offline until applicable deletions are reapplied and speech-usage totals are reconciled. A live-backup rehearsal of that procedure remains outstanding. We report deletion of live records separately from backup cleanup and do not promise that every backup is erased on the same date. ElevenLabs says deleted generation-history items may remain in backups for up to 30 days; this statement does not establish deletion timing for a cloned voice. Any records we must retain for security or legal obligations will be limited to that purpose; we will explain applicable retention in our response. See our privacy policy for provider details.
Stop use on your phone
While waiting, use Stop processing notifications in Settings or revoke notification access in Android settings. Work already accepted may finish. After deletion, clear FamiliarVoice app storage or uninstall it to remove local settings and cached data on each device. Uninstalling or signing out alone does not delete server data.
